Gateway Academy offers a unique educational environment centered around individualized, one-on-one instruction . We are looking for an educator who loves working with elementary-aged students and is comfortable teaching across multiple subject areas.

In-person What You'll Do Provide individualized instruction to elementary-aged students in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to meet each student's individual learning needs Help students strengthen academic skills, organization, study habits, and confidence Build positive and encouraging relationships with students Communicate with Gateway Academy staff regarding student progress and academic needs Maintain accurate student records and documentation Create a supportive, engaging, and professional learning environment What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Elementary teaching experience strongly preferred Experience working with students in an individualized or small-group setting is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to teach multiple elementary subject areas A patient, encouraging, and student-centered approach Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work collaboratively as part of the Gateway Academy team This is an in-person position at our Brentwood location.
