Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing lesson plans, guiding students through their educational journey, and collaborating with other educators to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive learning atmosphere. Educate students in various subjects, including literacy education, math, and physical education. Provide support and guidance to students, fostering their academic and personal growth. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques. Calm and caring demeanor with children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
