The Tutoring Center of The Woodlands, Texas is seeking an outgoing and highly enthusiastic part-time Head Instructor who is eager to work with children in grades Kindergarten through 12 in reading, writing, and math. The applicant must be able to meet and communicate with parents and enthusiastically help the Center Director enroll students.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise classroom operations Ensure that all instructors adhere to The Tutoring Center's proven system Manage the marketing of the center Reach out to students' teachers to understand class syllabus and test schedules to provide tutoring guidance to instructors Assist Center Director with all student enrollment related activities Analyze student progress and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and techniques Prepare student progress reports and communicate results to parents Maintain attendance records and file student materials in an organized and detailed fashion Foster good relationships with parents to provide excellent customer service and increase student retention Schedule, confirm, and follow-up on parent meetings Administer diagnostic assessments as needed Assist in the hiring and development of new instructors.
Requirements include:
