Key Responsibilities Support daily center operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Greet families warmly and provide exceptional customer service Manage student scheduling and instructor assignments efficiently Monitor student progress and engagement during sessions Assist with student assessments and development of personalized learning plans Support sales efforts by responding promptly to leads and enrolling students Lead and coach instructional staff to deliver individualized group instruction Provide on-the-job training and support employee development Teach and tutor using the Mathnasium Method in-center, online, or hybrid Assist with administrative tasks and local Math events at nearby schools Qualifications & Skills Passion for math and working with K-12 students Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and be trained continuously Ability to balance education and sales responsibilities effectively Competency in math through at least Algebra I Proficient computer skills Availability Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings during center hours Prior client management experience is a plus Why Join Mathnasium?
