Job Description

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for our International Leadership Garland location. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture each child's academic, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, manage daily routines, and closely monitor student progress. Partnering with families, you'll communicate regularly about milestones and needs. As part of KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll work with colleagues to refine curriculum, participate in ongoing training, and support school-wide initiatives and events. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned lessons. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and needs. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives. Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and incident records. Implement classroom management and behavior support strategies. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and school policies. Participate in professional development and staff meetings. Support school events and activities as needed.
