The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role involves working closely with young children, developing curricula, and ensuring their overall well-being and educational growth. Duties Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for preschool or early childhood education. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes child welfare. Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are age-appropriate and conducive to learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and child development research. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student needs and classroom activities. Experience A High School diploma or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Experience in childcare center settings is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff members.
