Responsibilities Supervise children during before- and after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and physical activity Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and respectful environment Assist with homework support and educational activities aligned with developmental needs Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding children's progress and concerns Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response plans Support outdoor work activities such as playground supervision and outdoor games to encourage active play Skills Strong classroom management skills to foster a disciplined yet fun environment Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, including camp or youth programs Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with first aid protocols Ability to lead youth group activities and facilitate team-building exercises Experience with special education needs or working with children requiring additional support is a plus Excellent child supervision skills combined with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Background in teaching or youth development programs enhances your ability to engage children effectively Outdoor work experience for supervising outdoor activities safely and confidently Creative theater or arts experience can be an asset for leading expressive activities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities Join us in making a difference by providing a safe space where children can learn, grow, and thrive!
