  • Dallas, TX Soliant is currently hiring a Special Education Teacher for a Life Skills classroom in Dallas, TX.
This is a full-time opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year. :
Location:
Dallas, TX Life Skills classroom Full-time, 40 hours per week 2026-2027 school year Onsite position Pay starting at $42/hour
Job Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students in a Life Skills setting Implement IEP goals and accommodations Teach functional academics and independent living skills Track student progress and maintain required documentation Work closely with paraprofessionals and related service providers Communicate with families and members of the educational team Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
Requirements:
Texas Special Education teaching certification Texas Core teaching certification Appropriate Texas teaching credentials for the assignment Life Skills or self-contained classroom experience preferred Ability to support students with a range of academic, functional, and behavioral needs Soliant provides competitive weekly pay, benefits for eligible employees, and ongoing support throughout the assignment.
