Teachers will plan and deliver high-quality instruction while building strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and school leadership. Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with academic standards Develop engaging and effective lesson plans Assess and monitor student progress Provide support based on individual student learning needs Maintain effective classroom management and encourage positive student behavior Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support school-wide goals Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development Foster a nurturing, respectful, and values-based learning environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university Texas teaching certification preferred Two to three years of teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management skills Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Familiarity with Islamic culture and values preferred Legal authorization to work in the United States Why Work at Iman Academy Southwest?
