Y Excel:

At School Enrichment Program at Dublin Elementary, Riverlawn Elementary, Pulaski Elementary Schools, and Snowville Elementary. This is an after-school, part-time program to support families who work longer than the school day (on site at an elementary school). A site-lead will assist in providing you with curriculum and materials for each day. The afternoon shifts available are 2:45 pm-6:15 pm. We are flexible and willing to work around school/other schedules as much as possible. Requirements:

Must be at least 17 years of age with a high school diploma/GED and pass background checks and mandated reporter training. Ability to work and interact effectively with co-workers, children, and parents. Provide supervision at all times for children indoors and outdoors. Maintain a safe and clean environment and work place including: classrooms, bathrooms, play yards, and kitchen areas. Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum including the coordination of physical activities/games. Meet all of a child's needs: socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. Fill out daily reports, make sure children are signed in/out daily, relay any information to the parents/guardian daily. Report any injuries to the supervisor immediately. Be flexible enough to go from one activity to another. Interact with parents about their child's day, behavior, accomplishments, health, and growth.
