Job Description

Apple Tree Learning Center is seeking a dedicated part-time After School Program Mentor to join our educational team in Stowe, Vermont. This role offers an opportunity to support children's growth and development in a respected, community-oriented environment.
BECOMING OUR AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM MENTOR
This educational position offers competitive compensation between $18.50 and $29.00 per hour .
DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
The After School Program Mentor position is structured around a flexible, on-site schedule . Shifts occur in the afternoons during the school week . There is also an opportunity for the role to transition to full-time for interested applicants. In this role, you will begin each day prepared to guide students through play-based and outdoor learning experiences, regardless of weather. You will lead discovery-based activities in a supportive natural setting, intentionally planning programming in alignment with students' interests. You will encourage social interaction, promote safety and empathy, and manage the classroom environment. You will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a well-established learning community!
