• Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Seat guests and manage reservations
• Provide menus and relay food and beverage information
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
• Skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests effectively
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive guest experience
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Toast system is a plus
• Knowledge of guest relations and service etiquette Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work Candidate must be available
