Share Love. Create Magic. Miami Children's Museum is looking for an energetic, imaginative Museum Playologist to join our Museum Experiences team! As a Playologist, you'll be the heartbeat of our galleries — guiding tours, leading hands-on activities, and helping every visitor discover the joy of play, learning, and imagination. What You'll Do Facilitate daily museum activities with high energy and enthusiasm Lead group tours through the galleries, ensuring a safe and educational experience Create a fun, positive, and engaging environment for guests on the floor Help keep the galleries safe by reporting spills or hazards to the facilities team Maintain exhibit supplies and cleanliness, and report any broken or damaged props for repair Occasionally step into the persona of our beloved mascot, MiChiMu, bringing the character to life through exaggerated movement and expression Take on other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Some experience working with children from birth through grade 5 Comfortable managing large groups of children Flexible, patient, and great with the public Strong verbal communication skills Proactive, responsible, and reliable Informal education experience is a plus Bilingual candidates are a plus Ready to bring the magic to life?
