We are seeking a warm and adaptable drum teacher who values curiosity, acceptance, respect, and expression to join our close-knit team of music enthusiasts.

We've created a warm and supportive environment that encourages every student to explore the joy of playing drums and embrace their unique musical voice. We have four campuses (Elk Grove, Laguna, Madison Ave (Citrus Heights) and East Sac, as well as many extension programs for local public and private schools

Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and personalized drum lessons for students of various age groups and skill levels. Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and goals. Collaborate with other music teachers to create enriching cross-disciplinary experiences. Encourage students to participate in recitals, competitions, and performances to showcase their progress and boost their confidence. Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in playing the drums Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic newcomers as well! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and their families. A positive and patient attitude that inspires and motivates young learners. Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
