Join Our Growing Team at The Music Key School! We are seeking passionate, reliable, and long-term Private Music Instructors specializing in Piano and/or Guitar, Drums, Violin, or Voice to provide engaging one-on-one lessons in a positive, supportive environment. If you enjoy inspiring students, helping them build confidence through music, and becoming part of a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you. We welcome music majors, graduates, and current college music students with teaching experience who are committed to providing exceptional music education. We provide a structured curriculum and teaching resources, while also encouraging instructors to contribute creative ideas and teaching strategies. Responsibilities Teach engaging private one-on-one music lessons. Instruct students of all ages, from young beginners (ages 3+) through adults. Teach strong musical fundamentals using creative, age-appropriate methods. Inspire, motivate, and encourage each student's musical growth. Prepare students for recitals, performances, and personal achievement. Maintain a positive, patient, and professional learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, honesty, professionalism, and confidentiality. Collaborate with our team to create an outstanding experience for every student. Qualifications Music major, graduate, or current college music student in Piano, Guitar, Drums, Violin, Voice, or a related music program. Previous private or group teaching experience preferred. Music certifications are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using basic computer technology. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
