Job Description
Job Summary Turlock Music Academy is seeking Music Instructors that have choral, strings, or a percussion background. Our Music Academy works with K-12 music students and adults. A candidate with a passion for music and teaching are highly desired. The ideal candidate will be teaching music lessons one-to-one or in small groups. Music instructors will receive paid training and internship positions will also be paid. Responsibilities Instructing students in basic to intermediate musicianship skills. Playing piano, percussion, or a stringed instrument during lessons. Singing and Sight reading classical and contemporary pieces. Speaking with parents and colleagues in a professional manner. Prepping students for recitals and music exams. Experience Working with children and adults Playing a team sport or practicing martial arts Music Student (High School or College) Performance or Public Speaking AA or BA in Music (Highly Desired) We hope you can join us at Turlock Music Academy, we are empowering minds through music.
