We're looking for a patient, group-oriented guitar instructor to lead beginner guitar sessions for kids in grades 3rd-8th. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with groups of young learners and can keep a room of energetic kids engaged and on track.

Group size:

7-15 students per session

Location:

Highlands Ranch — must be able to reliably commute to this location What you'll teach: Beginner guitar fundamentals: proper hand placement, basic chords, and tab reading Rhythm and strumming basics Foundational technique to build a strong base for future playing No sheet music knowledge required — tab and chord charts only

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate group lessons Print and provide take-home materials each session (chord sheets, tab, and practice homework) Maintain a positive, patient classroom environment suited to kids ages ~8-14

Qualifications:

Comfortable and effective teaching guitar in a group setting (not just 1-on-1) Patient, encouraging teaching style with kids Teaching experience in any field preferred (music or otherwise) Reliable transportation to
