Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness Coach

Job Description

Is fitness in your DNA? At Body Fit Training (BFT), our programming is built to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type, and move you through every plane of motion. It's the science elite athletes train with — made accessible to everyone. Our coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in every member's journey. They're the closest thing to having a personal trainer: part motivator, part educator, part fitness expert. We're looking for the right person to join our team and help share the BFT brand, community, and experience with people everywhere. What You'll Do Coach pre-designed sessions for groups of up to 36 clients Bring the energy — motivate and inspire members throughout every class Grow the community — build class attendance and retain our clientele Teach proper technique so every member trains safely and confidently Master the programming — understand each BFT session and what sets it apart Support the studio — assist with tours and sales alongside our sales team Onboard new members — set up equipment and walk prospects through session intention and flow Stay consistent — lead sessions and keep subbing to a minimum Represent the brand — maintain a strong social media presence to grow your following Show up to the team — attend staff meetings and educational sessions, including Fundamentals Handle member concerns with care and professionalism
What You Bring Required:
A 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized personal training certification
Required:
Current CPR/AED certification
Preferred:
Coaching experience A genuine love of boutique fitness — passion for strength training is a plus The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A high-energy, positive presence that welcomes everyone Outstanding communication that pairs energy with empathy Real passion for connecting with people and helping them reach their goals Charisma, and the ability to thrive in a group setting A daily sense of fun — and the drive to make every customer excited to train How to Apply Ready to join a team that helps people live healthier, more active lives?
