If you are passionate about teaching, love learning, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive violin lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and skill levels Conduct engaging, interactive classes that incorporate fundamental techniques, music theory, and performance skills Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement and confidence Participate in recitals, performances, and student showcases to celebrate achievements and motivate learners Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, special projects, and extracurricular activities related to arts education Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans in accordance with program standards Requirements Experience in teaching violin or other musical instruments, with a strong background in instrumental performance Degree in music strongly preferred (music education, music performance, music therapy...). Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Experience working with children Patience and adaptability Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and their families A desire to grow and learn as a teacher Looking forward to hearing from you!
Pay:
$32.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 10.0 per week
