Inclusive Conservatory of Naples

Music Teacher (Guitar)

Job Description

Guitar/Music Instructor (Independent Contractor) ICON, Inclusive Conservatory of Naples Where Music Meets Every Kind of Mind ICON is the only college-level music conservatory in the United States designed specifically for students who learn differently. We believe the limitation is never the student, it's the structure. Change the structure, and the results change. Our neurodiverse students bring real musical ability and real passion, and we give them what traditional programs often can't: high standards, individualized support, and a structured path to real musical excellence. This isn't music therapy or recreation, it's real education, with real standards and real results. About the Role ICON is seeking a Guitar Instructor to join our team as an independent contractor. You'll teach guitar to neurodiverse students within our structured, four-year curriculum — guiding them from foundational technique through ensemble performance and creative independence. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact teaching with students who are ready to be challenged, not just accommodated.
