Job Description

Music Tech Studios is Pembroke Pines' original family-run music store since 2000. We pride ourselves on making learning music fun while tailoring the lessons to the individual students. We are seeking passionate and talented music teachers to join our team. If you have a strong musical background and can teach Piano, Violin, Drums, Guitar, Voice, Woodwinds or Brass, we have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and substitute positions. You focus on teaching
  • Music Tech Studios manages all administrative tasks.
We have a full-time office staff collecting all payments, handling all of the marketing and scheduling, with a 26-year history of being Pembroke Pines' leader in private music lessons.
Responsibilities:
  • Teach one or more of the following instruments, or class of instruments: voice, piano, violin, guitar, drums, woodwinds and brass.
  • Instruct students of various age groups in music theory, technique, and performance skills.
  • Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Prepare students for performances and recitals.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, notation, and technique.
  • Comfortable teaching students starting at the age of 5.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Patience and dedication to nurturing students' musical growth.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
