Job Description

Make Music. Make an Impact. The right teacher can change the way a student sees music - and sometimes, the way they see themselves. We're looking for music instructors who are passionate about their craft, enjoy connecting with students, and want to make every lesson count. If you love performing, playing, and sharing what you know, this could be the place for you. More Than a Teaching Gig This is a W2 position , giving you the stability of employment rather than freelance work. You're paid for every lesson on your schedule, including trial lessons and no-shows. We're also rolling out a benefits package with health and dental coverage. We Value Skill and Experience A music degree isn't required. What matters most is that you know your instrument and can effectively teach it. Maybe you've performed on stage, played in a band, spent years gigging, or built your skills through years of practice and experience. We value the musicianship and real-world experience you bring to the studio. Every Student Is Different You'll work with students across a wide range of ages and skill levels. One student might be learning their first chords. Another might be preparing for a performance or pushing toward an advanced goal. You'll adapt your teaching to each student, helping them develop their skills while building confidence and a genuine enjoyment of music. We're Hiring Instructors For Piano Voice Guitar Bass Drums Ukulele Theater Teach more than one? Even better. Multi-instrumental instructors are encouraged to apply. Leave the Admin to Us Your focus should be on your students - not chasing leads, collecting payments, or managing schedules. We handle the marketing, billing, scheduling, and administrative side of the business so you can spend your time doing what you do best: teaching and making music. You'll also have opportunities to be part of group programs, student performances, and a community of instructors who care about providing a great experience for their students. Grow With Us We're building something for the long term, and we want instructors who want to grow alongside us. If you're dependable, creative, energetic, and genuinely invested in your students, there's room to take on more, develop your teaching, and become an important part of our team. Bring your talent. Share your passion. Help the next generation find theirs.
