Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Percussion/Drum Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a love for teaching students of all ages. This role involves not only imparting percussion skills, but also fostering a love for music through engaging lessons tailored to each student's needs. The Percussion/Drum Teacher will work with children, teens, and adults. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual learning styles of students. Educate students on theory, rudiments, and technique while ensuring solid foundational skills. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching drums or music education in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of music theory and proficiency in playing the instrument. Experience working with diverse age groups, including preschoolers, children, teens, and adults. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students. A passion for music education and a commitment to fostering student growth. Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes creativity and learning.
