Guitar, piano, drums, bass, voice, or something else entirely — whether you've been teaching for years or have never taught a lesson in your life, if you can play it, we want to hear from you. About Bach to Rock Bach to Rock is a music education center built on one simple idea: learning music should be fun. Our instructors are working musicians — touring, gigging, and recording artists — who bring real musical experience into every lesson. Students choose the songs and genres they love, jam with fellow musicians, and get real stage time at events like Battle of the Bands and our Music Showcases. It's music education that feels less like a lesson and more like joining a band. What You'll Do Teach private, semi-private, and group lessons on your instrument — any genre or style — to students ages 5 to 99, blending your own style and creativity with our curriculum guides and cover song arrangements Coach student ensembles and bands, preparing them for competitions and performances at public venues Jump in on B2R events at the school and around the community — birthday parties, band camps, student concerts, promo/publicity events — and get paid for it Pick up extra (optional) hours during music camps, especially our busy summer season What You'll Bring Proficiency on your instrument, in any genre or style — that's the bar to apply Teaching experience is a plus but not required — we provide complete training A genuine enthusiasm for working with younger students Bonus points if you also play a second instrument (tell us — we love that) or have sales experience (also worth mentioning) Schedule Part-time, and you pick it. Peak hours are weekdays 3-8pm; Saturday and/or Sunday availability is a big plus and tends to come with a fuller student roster. Why You'll Love It Here Free rehearsal space and recording studio time 75% off lessons for you and your family Public performance opportunities A laid-back, high-energy team environment — plus a great break room stocked with free snacks and coffee Seasonal incentive plans for helping us recruit or grow the business How We Work We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff — marketing, booking, scheduling — so you can focus on the fun part: teaching lessons, coaching bands, and performing in public. We'll get back to you within 3 business days. Take a look at Bach to Rock Alpharetta or Bach to Rock Johns Creek for a feel for the schools, the programs, and your future colleagues.
