Job Description

We are seeking a vocal instructor (plus if you can also teach piano) who can work as a substitute instructor with the option to take a permenant day as students become available. We currently see 500 students per week and expect those numbers to grow. Most of our students are musical theater and contemporary music based. We are seeking a reliable, professional instructor. What Music Authority has to offer our instructors: A professional facility 20 Private teaching studios Onsite performance hall Onsite rehearsal stage An administrative staff that takes care of students, parents, payments, and scheduling A team of additional teachers to work with, bounce ideas off of, and collaborate with Our private music school includes the following opportunities to keep families invested, and our instructor's schedules full. Private Instruction available 7 days a week 8 Ensembles Multiple performance/recital options for students yearly Workshops Free extra curricular opportunities (fundraisers, charity events, etc.) On site parental organization to engage student's families College prep and visits Instructors should be prepared to commit to a consistent schedule. This is a great first job for musicians just out of college looking for experience or experienced musicians looking for meet like minded musicians while making some extra income.
