Voice and piano Teacher for kids

Looking for a teacher to join our team! Must love working with children and beginners. Lessons are taught in their homes in the Chicago Northshore. Looking for someone who can cover the suburbs: Deerfield, Glenview, Northbrook, Highland Park and Arlington Heights. Your schedule will be organized by suburb and built slowly according to your availability. Preference will be given for teachers who live close to those areas. Bachelor degree in Music Must have a reliable car. Ability to teach beginning and intermediate piano Plus if teaches guitar as well. Preferred experience working with children in any capacity. Bonus if experience in teaching music, but if needed, training is offered! Minimum 1.5 year commitment (Winter 2026-July 2027) - Flexible Summer schedule! Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' goals and abilities Teach proper technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and support student learning Patience , creativity, and a passion for teaching music and working with children. About us Lulu's Music Studio is a small music studio in the Chicago North shore that teachers children and teenagers to play and appreciate music.
