Voice Teacher Indianapolis Music Academy - 2.0 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Part-time | Contract $22 - $25 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Working with students Elementary school teaching experience Student-centered approaches (student motivation techniques) Personalized learning curriculum development Music tutoring Full Job Description We are looking for Private voice instructor for a couple of days a week from 4pm to 8pm. Teachers choose their own hours and days to teach. Some teach one day a week, others teach up to 5 days. The majority of our students are beginners and ages 7 to 12. What is it like to teach here? It's a friendly, upbeat and relaxed environment. Teachers teach from the method books of their choosing and work with students to build the best curriculum for the student. We all have a variety of interests and each student should explore their own musical interests. We feel this is the best way to motivate students. Send us your musical background. We need upbeat, friendly and patient teachers who can read music well, have had lessons, worked through method books, have a musical background and have a desire to inspire the next generation of musicians. Previous teaching experience is not required.
