Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Chesterton Academy of the Immaculata, a joyfully Catholic, classical, coeducational high school serving grades 9-12 in Framingham, seeks a faithful and talented educator to teach Music and one or two other classes in the Humanities (History, Literature, Philosophy, Theology, or Latin). This is intended to be a half-time position, although it could be expanded depending on the ability to teach other classes. Qualifications- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant academic field is required.
- Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred, along with familiarity with and enthusiasm for Catholic classical education.
- A practicing Catholic able to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated alignment with the mission and vision of Chesterton Academy.
- Willingness to be an active participant in school life, including daily Mass, the House System, and school events.
- A teacher who sees education as a vocation and demonstrates a spirit of service, magnanimity, and joyful witness to the faith.
