We're searching for someone who lights up when teaching, believes in the power of music to transform lives, and enjoys working with students of all ages and levels. If you love inspiring young musicians and creating a positive, joyful learning environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Craft thoughtful, personalized lesson plans Create fun, hands‑on learning experiences Support students with encouraging, meaningful feedback Foster a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere Build strong communication with families and staff

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Have a classical piano background and strong music theory skills Hold (or are pursuing) a bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus) Bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to your teaching Enjoy working with children and helping them grow Have jazz or improvisation experience (a bonus!) Have access to a reliable car for commuting to Lexington Come be part of a supportive, passionate community dedicated to helping students discover their musical voice.
