WHS Guitar Teacher 1116 Winchester Public Schools, MA Winchester, MA Job Details Part-time $12,757 - $27,238 a year 5 hours ago Qualifications Music Working with students Guitar playing Teaching Entry level Under 1 year Teaching instrumental performance Full Job Description WHS Music Department is looking for a .2 FTE dynamic music educator to teach its Guitar Level 1 and 2 concurrent courses. This half-year course is designed for students with no previous guitar experience and serves as an introduction to a variety of aspects of guitar playing. In addition to developing basic playing techniques, students should learn about relevant music theory, rhythm and note-reading, tablature, history, music styles, tuning, etc. Teacher should be able to work with students who possess varied levels of experience and skill. Appropriate certification and music degree required.
Compensation range:
$12,757-$27,238/year
