Summary We are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join our team at Windsor Christian Academy. In this role, you will inspire young learners through music education, enhancing their creativity and love for the arts while supporting our mission of holistic development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging music curriculum for preschool and early elementary students. Teach music theory, vocal techniques, and instrument basics in a fun and interactive manner. Foster a love for music through creative activities, performances, and classroom projects. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into various subjects and activities. Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents on their child's musical development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment that aligns with our Christian values.
