High School Position Description Flute instructor for individual lessons after school. Teaching individual flute lessons - Hourly Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music or Performance is preferred. Experience in flute performance and teaching. Strong communication, organization skills. A good rapport with high school students. Ability to motivate students at all ability levels towards performance goals.
