Guitar Instructor

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated guitar instructor to join our faculty. If you are an experienced guitarist with a passion for teaching and a heart for working with students of all ages, we would love to connect with you. Responsibilities Teach private guitar lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment Inspire students to develop both skill and a lifelong love of music Develop personalized lesson plans aligned with each student's goals Track student progress and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding progress and next steps (Optional) Teach additional instruments, if qualified—please indicate when applying CAM faculty members also have opportunities to be involved in workshops, master classes, and summer camps throughout the year. Qualifications & Experience Strong proficiency in guitar instruction, including technique and music theory Ability to prepare students for performances, recitals, and auditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a wide range of learning styles Schedule & Commitment Minimum availability of 5
  • hours per day
  • Commitment of at least 12 months Many instructors teach 5+ hours per day, multiple days per week Flexible schedule with 1-3 teaching days per week , depending on availability Compensation & Hiring Process We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Qualified candidates will be invited to a phone interview , followed by an in-person interview with the owner.
