Duties Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Plan and conduct engaging music lessons that incorporate singing, instrument playing, and music theory. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their musical abilities. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into broader educational programs. Organize performances and recitals to showcase student talent and foster community engagement. Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity. Skills Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development specific to music education. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support students' emotional and social growth. Experience in behavior management techniques to address diverse student needs. Familiarity with various musical instruments and teaching techniques for different age groups. Additional skills in ballet, culinary arts, photography, or tutoring are considered a plus, enhancing the overall educational experience offered to students.
