CTG is seeking to fill an IT Infrastructure Engineer position for our client.

Client Permanent Placement Duties:

Support and maintain complex enterprise IT infrastructure and data center operations. Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage changes, and support infrastructure projects. Plan and coordinate hardware, software, system, and infrastructure upgrades. Research and implement technology solutions to improve performance, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution. Collaborate with storage, network, security, data center, and other technical teams. Document technical issues, project status, procedures, and solutions. Support infrastructure modernization, performance tuning, workload optimization, and automation initiatives. Participate in after-hours, weekend, and 24/7 support as required.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in data center engineering and operations, cloud engineering and operations, or complex IT infrastructure engineering; or equivalent education and experience. Experience supporting medium- to large-scale enterprise environments. Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and infrastructure management. Experience collaborating across storage, network, security, and data center operations teams. Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution preferred. Knowledge of infrastructure security frameworks and technical standards preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in any field and 8+ years of relevant experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
