Job Description

We're looking for more teachers, passionate about teaching piano, to join our team. NY Piano School offers private lessons in piano, both in-studio and in-home, to students of all ages throughout Manhattan and beyond. What we're looking for in a teacher: Bachelor's or higher in piano performance and/or pedagogy At least two years experience teaching one-on-one piano lessons At least two professional references ( not professors, but supervisors or others familiar with your work) Patience and a positive attitude. A genuine love of teaching. Teachers who consider teaching an integral part of their music career.
Exceptional professionalism:
You consistently conduct yourself with respect, discretion, reliability, and sound judgment. An ability to work with beginners as well as fairly advanced students. 100% reliability. You honor your professional commitments. Applications without a resume detailing piano teaching experience will not be considered.
Pay:
$35.00 - $51.00 per hour
