Overview B Music Youth contractors will provide professional, accurate and enjoyable music education to preschool students. Responsibilities 1. Provide or rent equipment, appropriate teaching materials and resources for music classes. Set up and break down of all classrooms. 2. Provide accurate assessment and profess to students. Assign students with appropriate task andresources to help students. 3. Create lesson plans that are appropriate for each age group that allows students to learn through music. 4. Communicate professionally with all persons involved with B Music Youth. 5. Prepare students for performance for events or concert. 6. Provide BMY with schedule and availability. Communicate any monthly changes. 7. Provide BMY with EIN, W9, and preferred payment method. Skills 1. Ability to perform music skill you want to teach 2. Ability to motivate students 3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication Education and/or Qualifications 1. Music degree 2. At least 7 years of professional music experience 3. At least 3 years of teaching experience with students of all ages 4. Liability insurance 5. Background letter from NC State or State for student safety
