Job description: Voice + Piano Instructor Part-Time FAME Performing Arts -
Mount Pleasant, SC Pay:

This is a part-time position ideal for a dedicated educator or working performer who enjoys teaching in a fun, collaborative, and student-centered environment .Schedule & Availability Pay:
$20-35/hour (based on experience)Availability Required:
Must have availability Monday-Friday between 2:00-6:30 PM.Additional Hours:
Weekends and studio events as neededNote:
Hours and back-to-back lessons are not guaranteed Flexibility required: Ability to arrive earlier and/or stay later as needed Responsibilities but not limited to Teach engaging private and small-group lessons in voice + piano Instruct in musical theatre and contemporary styles (pop, rock, etc.) Create customized, creative lesson plans for each student Track progress and provide constructive feedback Communicate consistently with parents/guardians Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment Collaborate with staff and assist with performances/events as needed Sub where needed : after school pick up (must be able to drive a 15-passenger van), after school program, other groups classes/lessons, etc. Opportunity to add Music Directing for our Musical Troupes as well (pay is separate)! Qualifications Experience teaching and/or performing (voice required) Ability to teach voice AND piano Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for working with children and teens Preferred (not required): Degree in Music or related field Musical theatre experience About FAME Performing Arts FAME is a community-focused performing arts studio serving students in grades K-12.
