Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dynamic Music Instructor to inspire students of all ages in their musical journeys. This role involves designing engaging curriculum, fostering a love for music, and nurturing individual talent through personalized instruction. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and expertise in both vocal and piano performance, creating a vibrant learning environment that encourages growth and confidence. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, you will play a vital role in cultivating musical skills. We are filling multiple positions Voice and Piano Guitar, bass, and piano Piano Duties Develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level, interests, and goals, incorporating curriculum development best practices. Deliver engaging lessons that enhance technical skills, musicality, and performance confidence. Manage classroom dynamics effectively by employing behavior management techniques suitable for diverse age groups and learning styles. Foster a positive learning atmosphere by encouraging creativity, self-expression, and active participation during lessons. Assess student progress regularly through performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to motivate improvement. Organize recitals, performances, or showcases to give students opportunities to demonstrate their talents publicly. Experience Able to teach advanced lessons in chosen instrument (guitar, voice) and teach at least beginner piano Demonstrated classroom management skills that promote discipline while maintaining an encouraging environment. Availability must be able to work 3pm-8pm on at least 1 week day must work Saturday at least 5hrs Join us if you're eager to inspire creativity through music and arts!
