4 days/week Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility in Cypress, TX 77433. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday 4 10 hour rotating day off

Pay Range:

$20-$23/hr. on W2

•Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.

Specific Duties:

Room patients, obtain vital signs, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document findings in the EMR.

Record medical history, chief complaints, and update patient health information.

Assist physicians and providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Administer medications and injections using proper aseptic techniques.

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection; maintain specimen logs.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant
