We are seeking a warm, dependable, and adaptable Student Success & Enrichment Associate to help create an engaging, organized, and well-supported school day for our students. About the Position This is a flexible, hands-on role combining student support, classroom assistance, small-group learning, enrichment activities, occasional classroom coverage, and light administrative support. Hours can be arranged around the successful candidate's availability and the school's needs. Early-morning availability is preferred. This opportunity may be especially well suited to a college student, recent graduate, retired educator, career changer, or someone seeking meaningful work with a flexible schedule. For the right person, the position has the potential to grow into a consistent, long-term role with increased hours and responsibilities. Responsibilities Support students individually and in small groups Assist teachers with classroom activities and hands-on projects Help students stay engaged, organized, and successful throughout the day Supervise students during arrival, transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities Help lead enrichment, creative, or project-based activities Provide flexible classroom coverage when needed Assist with light administrative tasks, and routine school communications Contribute to a positive, respectful, and caring school culture Help with other student and school support needs as they arise Qualifications Enjoys working with children and helping them succeed Patient, positive, responsible, and dependable Organized and comfortable handling basic administrative tasks Able to take initiative and adapt to changing needs Communicates well with students, families, and colleagues Comfortable working in a small, collaborative school environment High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children is preferred but not required College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Teaching license is not required Candidates must be willing to complete all required background checks before beginning work.
