The Communication, Arts & Humanities (CAH) Division of Delaware County Community College is seeking an Adjunct Philosophy Instructor to teach in-person, 100-level courses including Introduction to Philosophy and Contemporary Moral Problems for day and evening offerings. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging instruction, facilitating class discussion, assessing student learning, and maintaining regular communication with students.
Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in Philosophy Prior college-level teaching experience preferred Demonstrated ability to teach introductory philosophy and applied ethics courses Since adjunct faculty positions are ongoing pooled positions, your materials will remain on file and reviewed on an as-needed basis for adjunct faculty positions throughout the upcoming academic year.
