Job Description

Job Summary Part-time opening for the 26-27 school year for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to commute to Lowell on Monday for the 26-27 school year. For the right candidate an additional day may be available in Shrewbury, MA. Candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and sportsmanship among students. This position requires a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to engage in physical activities that enhance their overall well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state educational standards for physical education. Teach students the fundamentals of various sports, fitness activities, and health education. Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participation from all students. Assess student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Organize and supervise physical education classes, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively. Stay updated on current trends in physical education and health, incorporating new techniques into the curriculum. Interested applicants please submit resume.
