PRESIDENTIAL TEACHING FELLOW, NEW EDUCATION INITIATIVE

(NEI), MIT Open Learning (multiple openings across disciplines), to help design and deliver innovative, stackable courses leading to bachelor's degrees in engineering with computing/AI; develop digital content, flipped classroom materials, assessments, and co-op experiences; contribute to MIT's Faculty Academy to train educators in this new model; collaborate closely with MIT faculty, staff, and researchers; and reimagine education for the AI era and prepare the next-generation workforce. REQUIRED

PhD in Physics, engineering, computing, math, science, humanities, or social sciences with a minimum of eight years' relevant experience; proven ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results; solid organizational and management skills with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively; detail-oriented, deadline-driven with excellent communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams. This is a one-year term appointment, with a potential for extension based on performance and funding. MIT is an equal opportunity employer.
