Job Description
Preschool Academy Director Apple Tree Learning Academy is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and caring Preschool Academy Director to oversee the daily operations of our early learning center and lead our teaching team. Responsibilities Oversee daily preschool operations and classroom activities Lead, support, and supervise teachers and staff Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children Support implementation of age-appropriate curriculum Communicate professionally with parents and families Manage staff schedules, enrollment, records, and center needs Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements Conduct staff meetings, observations, and performance evaluations Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming school culture Qualifications Experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education Previous management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of early childhood development and licensing requirements Caring, dependable, professional, and team-oriented CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Must meet applicable state licensing requirements
