In this role, you will oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff. You will supervise and develop teachers, coordinate curriculum, manage enrollment and budgets, and maintain full compliance with licensing and safety standards. As a visible leader, you'll build strong partnerships with families and school partners, support continuous improvement, and create a collaborative culture that inspires children's growth and learning. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Madison Elementary School Kinder Care program, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment Lead, mentor, and schedule teaching and support staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly about children's progress and center activities Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, health, and company policies and procedures Manage center budgeting, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to meet operational goals Collaborate with district and school partners to align programming with educational standards Monitor classroom quality and implement continuous improvement plans based on observations and feedback Support curriculum implementation and age-appropriate instructional practices across all classrooms Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations Handle incident reporting, documentation, and problem resolution with professionalism and care Required Skills Center operations management Staff supervision Early childhood curriculum implementation Budgeting and enrollment management Family and stakeholder communication Regulatory and licensing compliance Health and safety protocols Performance management and coaching Conflict resolution Program quality assessment
