In this role, you will oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff. You will supervise and develop teachers, coordinate curriculum, manage enrollment and budgets, and maintain full compliance with licensing and safety standards. As a visible leader, you'll build strong partnerships with families and school partners, support continuous improvement, and create a collaborative culture that inspires children's growth and learning.
