Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Preschool Director to help lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and strategic insight. This would be a part time role split with a 2nd director as regulations require a director on campus at all times. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing curriculum that promotes early childhood development, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative oversight to maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment. Lead personnel management efforts by supervising staff recruitment, professional development facilitation, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, special education law, and educational standards. Develop and execute fundraising initiatives to support school programs and facility improvements while cultivating relationships with community partners. Facilitate faculty evaluation processes focusing on instructional leadership, classroom quality, and continuous improvement strategies. Engage actively with families through regular communication, public speaking engagements, and community events to strengthen school relationships. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership within early childhood settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children and familiarity with childhood development principles. Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with experience in fundraising activities. Extensive management experience including supervising school staff, faculty evaluation, and personnel management in educational environments. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations including special education law and childhood development standards. Prior classroom teaching experience combined with leadership roles such as Preschool Director. Skilled in strategic planning, instructional leadership, public speaking, and facilitating professional development for educators.
