About Us We are a well-established Montessori education group with deep roots in the early childhood field. Our organization operates one AMI-standard Montessori preschool and two AMS-standard Montessori preschools , all dedicated to providing authentic Montessori environments for young children. In addition, we proudly run a 52-year-old Montessori Teacher Training Center , accredited by AMS, MACTE, and BPPE , which has trained generations of Montessori educators. We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Preschool Administrative Manager to join our leadership team and support our continued growth. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units At least 1 year of administrative experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting Basic knowledge of finance (e.g., tuition tracking, expense reporting, budgeting) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents, staff, and external partners A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism Preferred Skills Knowledge of Montessori philosophy is a plus Experience with Procare or other school management software Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with licensing requirements Manage enrollment records, student files, and parent communications Support teachers and staff with scheduling, reporting, and operational needs Coordinate with accounting team to track tuition, payments, and budgeting tasks Assist with staff onboarding, training compliance, and HR paperwork Communicate effectively with families in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear and professional interactions Lead school tours for prospective families and provide enrollment guidance Work with the admissions team to support enrollment growth, with parent registration numbers tied to performance-based bonuses Collaborate with the school director to maintain a high standard of organization and efficiency Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive health insurance package , including medical, vision, and dental coverage Paid federal holidays Additional paid vacation: 5 days for employees with less than 1 year of service, 10 days for employees with more than 1 year of service Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
