Responsibilities Manage household calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements Source, vet, and oversee household vendors and service providers Coordinate and manage the existing household team while maintaining high standards Oversee mail, household administration, school paperwork, and family logistics Anticipate household needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise Maintain organization across household systems, accounts, and scheduling platforms Qualifications The ideal candidate has previous experience managing a busy private household and is highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy.
